What to include in your message
A few details let us find the cause quickly:
- The address of your Kommo account (for example yourname.kommo.com) and the page where the problem happens.
- Your browser and its version.
- A screenshot of the problem.
- What you expected to see and what you see instead.
Never send passwords or access keys. We do not need them.
Common questions
How do I turn the widget on?
In Kommo open Settings, then Integration marketplace, then Text wrapping by Ruta. Switch on the places where text should wrap (kanban, lists, lead/contact/company cards), press Save and reload the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). Until you save, the widget changes nothing.
I pressed Save but nothing changed.
Reload the page with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R. Check that the switch for that place is on. If another widget also changes how text looks, switch it off to test. If it still does not work, write to us with the details above.
Does the widget change my data?
No. It only changes how text is displayed on the screen. Your leads, contacts and companies stay exactly as they are.
Which places are covered?
Kanban cards, lists (cells, headers, stage labels) and the lead, contact and company cards (names, text and link fields). Not covered: the activity feed, drop-down lists and the fields of the edit forms.
How do I turn it off or remove it?
Switch the places off in the widget settings and press Save, or press Uninstall in the same window. Your data is not affected.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The widget is free, with no subscription and no limits.
