Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This policy covers the Kommo widget "Text wrapping by Ruta" (the widget) and this website. The provider and controller of personal data is Ruta ("we"), a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine. Email: support@ruta.company. Our legal details are given at the end of this page.
2. What the widget does with your data
The widget runs entirely in your browser, inside your Kommo page. It only changes how text is displayed (line wrapping).
It does not send your CRM data anywhere, does not use the Kommo API, does not contact our servers, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
The only network traffic it causes is Kommo loading the widget files, which Kommo does by itself.
3. What the widget stores
Your three switch choices (kanban, lists, cards) are saved by Kommo in your account's widget settings, and a copy is kept in your browser's local storage (key "kw-settings") so the page displays correctly when it loads. These values contain no personal data. Uninstalling the widget removes the Kommo setting; the browser copy can be removed by clearing site data for your Kommo address.
4. This website and support
These pages set no cookies of their own and use no analytics and no third-party scripts, fonts or images. Other parts of the Ruta website (for example the contact form) are covered by that website's privacy policy.
Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) and may use technical cookies or similar techniques to protect the site against abuse.
When you install the widget, Kommo sends a request to a page on this website. The page is static and does not store or process what the request contains; the server logs described above may include it.
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you and keep it while we handle the request and for up to 3 years afterwards. We handle this data because it is needed to answer your request and to run and secure this website (our legitimate interest).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services we use to run this website and answer you: Cloudflare (hosting, security and email forwarding) and Google (Gmail, where the emails you send us are stored). They process it only as needed for that. Because we are based in Ukraine and these providers operate worldwide, data may be processed outside your country, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to support@ruta.company. We aim to answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority of your country; in Brazil, the ANPD.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
